King Crimson is a band from the 1970's grounded in the rock of the 1960s, especially the acid rock and psychedelic rock movements. But they are a lot more than just that. I have a personal connection with the band for many reasons, and when the opportunity in my illustration class came up to work on a band poster I came up with this homage to their famous album "The Court of the Crimson King"
